Uploading a document does not verify it. Where a credential review is recorded, OneProfile shows the review method, source and dates. That can be an authoritative source, an employer review or a documented manual review.
OneProfile does not automatically check every credential against state boards, NPI registries or exclusion lists. Employers remain responsible for their required checks and acceptance decisions.

Common questions
Is OneProfile really free for professionals?
Yes. Building and maintaining your Workforce Passport is free, with no subscription.
Who can see my records?
Professional records are private by default. Employer Passport access requires your permission, and discovery stays off unless you enable it. Authorized platform staff may access information for service and security purposes. Anyone holding an active sharing link can view the records selected for that link, so share it only with intended recipients.
Does OneProfile verify my credentials?
Not automatically. Uploading a record is not verification. When a review is recorded, its method, source and dates are shown. Employers remain responsible for their required credential checks.
What credentials can I track?
Professional licenses, BLS, ACLS and other certifications, continuing education, DEA registration where applicable, and other professional records.
How are organizations billed?
Per active professional on your Workforce Roster: $12 per month for 1–49, $10 for 50–249 and $8 for 250–999. Annual billing equals ten months of the monthly rate. Enterprise pricing is available for 1,000 or more active professionals.
Can my staff keep their Passport if they leave our organization?
Yes. The professional keeps their OneProfile account, profile and Passport. Ending the workforce relationship revokes that organization’s Passport access; it does not delete the professional’s account or records.
What independent compliance assurance is available?
OneProfile has not completed a SOC 2 examination and does not claim a HIPAA certification. The security page describes current platform controls.

Request a demo or start organization setup. Eligible new organizations with 1–49 active professionals and no previous paid subscription receive a 14-day Starter trial after approval and checkout. Card required; cancel before the trial ends to avoid the selected monthly or annual plan charge.
