OneProfile Privacy Notice
OneProfile collects account, professional, credential, document, employer, usage, security, and support information needed to provide and protect the platform.
How information is used
Information is used to maintain professional records, calculate explainable readiness, deliver reminders, enable permissioned sharing, verify organizations and credentials, prevent misuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and control
Professional records are private by default. Employers receive them only through an active professional permission or secure share. OneProfile does not sell professional information. Service providers may process limited information under contractual safeguards.
Retention and security
OneProfile uses access controls, encryption, audit logging, malware screening, and retention procedures. No system can eliminate all risk. Account holders can use Settings to export their data, revoke access, or close an account, subject to lawful retention duties.
Questions and rights
Use the signed-in Support page for privacy questions, correction requests, or concerns. Requests are verified before account information is disclosed or changed.
