OneProfile Terms of Use
OneProfile provides professional-record, permissioned sharing, and workforce-readiness technology. It does not issue licenses, employ professionals, make hiring decisions, or guarantee eligibility for work.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the platform only for lawful workforce-readiness purposes. You remain responsible for confirming information before sharing it.
Readiness results
Results are based on available evidence and configured rules as of the evaluation time. They support, but do not replace, employer review, primary-source verification, licensing authority decisions, or legal advice.
Acceptable use
You may not access information without authorization, evade security controls, upload malicious material, misrepresent verification, scrape the service, or use OneProfile to rank or discriminate unlawfully.
Availability and changes
Features may change to improve security, accuracy, or compliance. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Contact support through the signed-in workspace with questions.
